Reporting to the Engineering Reliability Leader, this role offers the prospect to work closely with production teams, utilise your technical expertise, and contribute to the manufacture of quality products enjoyed by consumers across Australia.

About the Role

As a Bottling Line Technician, you will provide technical support to the operation of our Krones Bottling Line, helping minimise downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to breakdowns and supporting production teams to minimise downtime.
- Completing preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability.
- Assisting with bottling line setups and product changeovers.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance and operational documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and quality requirements.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Assisting with new product development activities.




- Working with department managers to review training records and competency requirements.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A mechanical or electrical trade qualification.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, food processing, beverage, or packaging environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A high attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience operating or maintaining an automated bottling line.
- Experience with Krones equipment.
- Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
