Full-time | Front of House Supervisor

Flower Child Chatswood and Castle Towers are looking for a strong, hands-on FOH person who enjoys busy service, looks after people naturally and wants to grow into management.

You might already be a Supervisor, or you could be one of the strongest people on your current floor who is ready for more responsibility.

For the right person, this role is designed to grow into Assistant Manager and ultimately Store Manager (FOH).

What you’ll do

- Help lead busy services and keep the floor organised and moving
- Manage hosting, guest flow and overall service standards
- Support and train FOH team members
- Build robust relationships with regulars, guests and the team
- Help with opening, closing and daily venue organisation
- Gradually develop into rostering, labour and broader venue leadership

This is a front-of-house leadership role only and does not involve kitchen management.

Experience
- Strong experience in busy café or restaurant FOH environments




- Experience leading or helping run high-volume services
- Strong hosting and floor-management confidence
- At least 1 year of hands-on coffee/barista experience
- Restaurant experience is highly regarded
- Rostering experience is a bonus, but not essential
