About The Role At Carinity – Cedarbrook, we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, and connection. In this role, you will oversee the site’s administration and support services, working closely with the Residential Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. You will also provide key administrative support, supervise clerical and support staff, and maintain accurate records and invoicing, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming workplace for residents and visitors.
This is role requires availability Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:06 PM.
What do you need for the role?
- Demonstrated experience in office administration, clerical procedures, hospitality services, and staff rostering
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Residential Aged Care environment
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of other staff, with the ability to lead and work within a team, offering support and assistance when required
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and auditing requirements and infection control measures
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to all management, staff and the general public
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and administrative systems
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
