Our detailing company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Detailing Technician to join our growing team in.

Company Overview

Our detailing company is a premium automotive detailing company, currently operating multiple mobile crews servicing clients six days per week.

Role Overview

This is an on-site Detailing Technician role. Technicians perform services both at customer locations and in-shop (as applicable), while upholding the company's standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Core Responsibilities

● Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays

● Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively

● Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles

● Handle a variety of vehicle conditions, including heavily soiled or restoration-level details

● Follow company procedures and quality standards

● Communicate professionally with customers and team members

● Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organised manner

● Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications

● Valid Driver's Licence

● Must be 18 years of age or older

● Reliable transportation to work

● Strong attention to detail

● Skilled and customer-focused demeanour

● Ability to perform hands-on, physical work

● Must be capable of moderate lifting and bending as required for detailing tasks

● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

● Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required

● Experience in hands-on or labour-based roles preferred

● Must hold valid Australian work rights

Compensation

● Additional compensation opportunities for advanced skills such as:
