Care Manager

Fantatsic Care Manager opportunity available with a large Not For Profit aged care provider Tropical North Queensland.

These roles would suit experienced Care Managers or strong Clinical Coordinators and senior Registered Nurses looking for their first opportunity to step into management.

What's On Offer:

- $60–$62 per hour + super + salary packaging.
- Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday positions.
- Flexible working hours available.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Registered Nurses and care teams across the service.
- Oversee resident assessments, care planning and clinical reviews.
- Drive high standards of clinical practice, documentation and resident outcomes.
- Support AN-ACC documentation and effective clinical processes.
- Ensure robust clinical governance and aged care compliance.
- Mentor clinical staff and build capability across the team.




- Build positive relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Essentials:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous residential aged care or relevant clinical experience.
- Experience mentoring, coordinating or supporting clinical teams.
- Sound knowledge of care planning, documentation and clinical governance.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication and leadership skills.
- Current CPR, First Aid and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Australian working rights required; sponsorship is not available.
