We’re looking for experienced bar staff who enjoy creating great guest experiences and bring a friendly, positive approach to every shift. With opportunities to work across our bar, bistro, functions and gaming areas, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys being part of a busy hospitality team.

Night and weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, skilled service across the bar, bistro and functions;
- Assist with gaming operations when required;
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately and responsibly;
- Build positive relationships with guests and fellow team members;
- Maintain clean, organised and welcoming service areas; and
- Work collaboratively to keep service running smoothly.

About You

You will have

- A current RSA;
- RSG1 and gaming experience, highly regarded;
- An RP badge,



advantageous;
- Previous bar experience and a passion for hospitality;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
- A positive attitude, a willingness to pitch in and a sense of fun!
