PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL & CIVIL FENCING

Perth, WA Full time Permanent 2 Positions

n

An established fencing business in Perth is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial, civil and infrastructure projects.

n

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for taking projects from planning through to completion, including:

n

n
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines
n
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment
n
- Reading drawings, plans and site layouts
n
- Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
n
- Monitoring project progress, quality and productivity
n
- Liaising with clients and site supervisors
n
- Resolving issues and keeping projects on track
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently
n

n

About You

n

Project Management experience within construction, civil or a related industry
n Confident reading drawings and project plans
n Strong understanding of construction environments




n Experience coordinating teams, materials and equipment
n Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
n Strong communication and client-management skills
n Practical, hands-on approach
n Able to manage multiple projects at once

n

Fencing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right construction/civil Project Manager.
