Our client is a proudly WA-owned and operated commercial builder with a reputation built over decades of delivering quality projects across Western Australia.

Established in the 1960s, they have delivered more than 650 projects across WA, with a diverse portfolio spanning education, aged care, healthcare, industrial, aviation, sports and recreation, retail and commercial developments.
With a strong pipeline of major projects and an established Perth and South West presence, they are now looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to join their team and take ownership of the final stages of a $60M apartment development.

This is an opportunity to step into a significant project, work alongside an experienced project team and have genuine ownership over the finishing and handover phase.

About You:

We’re looking for a Finishing Supervisor who knows what good looks like and can confidently take control of the final stages of a major project.
You’ll bring:

- A trade qualification, ideally with a Carpentry background.
- Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor on major commercial projects.
- Strong apartment experience, ideally across projects valued at $40M–$50M+.
- Experience across hotels, aged care or student accommodation will also be highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of finishing trades, defects, quality control and project handover.
- The ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors while keeping the project on programme and
