The Role





- Deliver top-quality intra-fund and retirement advice
- Build rapport and trust with fund members from various life stages and financial situations
- Break down technical superannuation strategies into clear, actionable guidance
- Represent some of the most well-known superannuation brands in Australia
- Collaborate closely with internal paraplanning, compliance, and technical teams
- Uphold strong compliance and documentation standards

About You

- 1–3 years experience in a financial advice or associate adviser position; or an experienced Adviser looking for flexibility and balance
- Passionate about improving client outcomes and simplifying financial literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge across superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning
- Near completion or enrolled in a FASEA-compliant qualification
- Ready to step up from an Associate Adviser role into full advisory responsibilities
