We are now seeking a newly created role of Service & Contract Maintenance Coordinator to join our service team at our Hallam Truck Centre
Assume responsibility for providing the highest level of customer service and commitment by creating maintenance contracts & ensuring business and customer satisfaction throughout the term.

Your day will include





Greet and assist customers in person or by phone and determine the customer’s needs and vehicle data
Plan and coordinate the schedule of service maintenance in line with workshop capacity.
Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries resolving any issues promptly.
Prepare customised maintenance schedules to suit varying applications of customers.
Present contract options to customers at point of vehicle sale and actively pursue new accounts
Communicate repairs with customers, working closely with the workshop team and upselling additional works when possible.
Ensure Customer Service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently

You will have

Trade qualifications and or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience
Previous automotive experience, preferred
An ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders
Great customer focus and communication skills
Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
