About the Role

Sat.One is seeking an experienced and adaptable professional to support our continued growth across Australia.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys the pace and variety of a growing business. The immediate focus will be business development and the coordination of field operations, ensuring our technicians, subcontractors and delivery teams are effectively planned and supported across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia.

Working closely with leadership, customers and field personnel, you will help coordinate travel, mobilisation, logistics and scheduling activities, while also supporting business growth initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve how we operate.

As a growing company, the scope of this role will continue to evolve, providing opportunities to contribute across project delivery, commercial operations, business improvement and strategic growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support proposal development, quotations and commercial activities.
- Assist with strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.

Field Operations Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and deployment of field technicians and subcontractors.
- Plan travel, accommodation, vehicle and logistics requirements for regional and remote site activities.
- Support mobilisation and resource planning across customer projects.
- Liaise with customers,



field teams and delivery partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Track field activities and support customer communications throughout delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve utilisation, planning and operational efficiency.

Business Improvement & Operations
- Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Assist with business reporting, billing and commercial administration activities.
- Contribute to project coordination and strategic business initiatives as required.

About You

You are highly organised, commercially minded and enjoy bringing order to complex moving parts.

You may have experience in:

- Field services, project coordination or operational planning.
- Business development, account management or customer engagement.
- Mobilising personnel, equipment and subcontractors.
- Project delivery, change management or business improvement.
- Billing, bookkeeping or commercial administration.
