Position: Retail Manager
Salary: $80,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time

Position Overview
TEC Traders Pty Ltd operates an integrated retail showroom and warehouse model spanning premium homewares and linen. The business requires a Retail or Showroom Manager to run the flow of stock between warehouse and showroom, supervise and direct showroom staff, and maintain trade and customer relationships.

Core Responsibilities
Retail & Showroom Management
• Direct and roster the showroom consultant team, setting performance standards and day-to-day supervision.
• Oversee showroom visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Maintain ongoing contact with retail customers and B2B trade accounts, including CRM management for client relationships and order follow-up.
• Synchronise multi-channel retail by harmonising pricing, visuals, and fulfilment strategies across both physical storefronts and e-commerce platforms.
• Select and manage the inventory mix to align with customer demand.




• Train other sales and delivery staff to ensure service standards are met
• Manage stock flow between the warehouse and showroom, including replenishment scheduling and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee receiving, storage and dispatch processes.
• Track seasonal stock levels across warehouse and showroom locations to support sell-through and minimise overstock.
• Ensuring the store follows safety rules, including occupational health and safety (OH&S;) regulations.
• Make changes to delivery policies as per customer requirements
• Manage the opening and end-of-day closing reports

Required Experience
Proven management experience in retail/showroom operations and multi-channel retail sales, including direct people management of frontline retail staff. The ideal candidate would have a Management or Business Degree and minimum 2 years of experience in managing retail sales.
