Trippas White Group (TWG) operates over 160 iconicvenues, including Lee Ho Fook, Infinity by Mark Best, and the Sydney OperaHouse. We are now launching TJ’s Po Boy’s, a coastal Australian take on aSouthern classic, and we’re looking for dedicated and reliable Food andBeverage Attendants join the opening team.

The role

We are looking for experienced and reliable Food andBeverage Staff to join our front of house team at Sydney Fish Market. You will have current and recent experienceworking in a fast paced workplace and have a real passion for food innovationand delivering excellent customer experiences.





To ensure your success in this role you will have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Worked in either a contemporary café, or a lacarte restaurants
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communicationskills
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Flexible and able to work across a 7 dayrotating roster
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- A working understanding of Food safety Standards
- Current RSA
