We are currently seeking a junior kitchen hand to join our kitchen team.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.

Great interpersonal and communication skills, to interact positively with restaurant staff and management.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities:

Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and stored properly.

Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks.

Follow instructions from chefs or cooks to support productive kitchen operations.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.

Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.

Comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

Work cooperatively with kitchen team and servers to ensure efficient dishwashing and support during busy periods.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to fulfil tasks and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
