Job Description

Assurant, Inc. in Hawthorn East, Melbourne, is seeking a Senior Complaints Officer to lead the complaints function, manage complex disputes, and provide final IDR decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance. You will coach a team of Complaints Officers and communicate clearly with external clients on escalated claims.

Solid leadership, RG 271 knowledge, and excellent communication are essential to deliver fair, timely, and customer-focused outcomes while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
