We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the full contract lifecycle, from tender review and contract negotiation through to project delivery. Working closely with Sales, Project Management, Legal Counsel and other business stakeholders, you will provide commercial and contractual advice, manage risk and help deliver successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyse and negotiate commercial contracts, tenders and related documentation.
- Prepare contractual responses for tenders and support negotiation strategies.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to business leaders and project teams.
- Identify, assess and manage contractual and commercial risk.
- Support project delivery through claims, variations, notices and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to contract improvements, standardisation and process efficiencies.
- Maintain contract records and reporting.
About You
- Experience in contract review, negotiation and commercial contract management.
- Robust understanding of commercial risk and contract law.
- Experience in construction, engineering or project-based environments is highly regarded.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with effective risk management.
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Commerce, Construction Management or a related discipline.
