About the role

- Be the face of our Melbourne office, creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients and visitors.
- Lead the day-to-day workplace experience, ensuring the office is operational, well-presented and running smoothly.
- Coordinate outsourced concierge and hospitality providers, maintaining high service and presentation standards.
- Oversee meeting rooms, office facilities, catering, events and shared spaces to ensure they're always presentation-ready.
- Manage facilities requests, maintenance issues and office operations, working closely with building management and suppliers.
- Support office events, client functions and employee initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- Build strong relationships across the business and provide practical, solutions-focused support to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and help deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across the office.

About you

- Experience in workplace services, facilities, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence building relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with external suppliers, contractors or service providers.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.




- A warm, approachable communication style and genuine passion for creating positive workplace experiences.
- Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
- The confidence to take ownership, anticipate issues and see tasks through to completion.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the broader team wherever needed.
