About the Role

We're looking for experienced Venue Managers to lead our dynamic teams in delivering some of the world's best hospitality. You'll manage day-to-day operations, lead teams, drive financial performance, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team.

Oversee daily service and ensure smooth, consistent operations.

Manage rostering, budgets, and financial performance targets.

Work closely with the Head Chef and Group Operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Drive venue culture through leadership, engagement, and accountability.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

About You

You'll bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of hospitality. You're organised, people-focused,



and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven leadership experience in a premium restaurant or bar environment.

Is confident in managing teams, service standards, and financial results.

Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Leads by example and cultivates a positive, inclusive team culture.

Holds a current RSA and understands compliance and licensing obligations.
