UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Professional Foster Care Practitioner to lead trauma-informed assessment, intervention and case coordination for Foster Care families and children in their care, within a therapeutic model that supports safe, reliable homes.

You'll recruit, assess and train carers, match placements, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with Child Safety, education and health partners to improve wellbeing, safety and placement stability.
