Cartier is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Client Relations Centre to represent the Maison across telephone, email, live chat and social media. You will handle client inquiries according to Cartier’s Quality Standards and support online and phone sales to meet commercial goals.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail or customer service, robust communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
