Position: IT Administrator
Location: Sydney
Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days a week
IT Administrator
Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows & Mac
Administer SaaS tools including Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne & more
Provide expert-level support across Azure, Intune & O365
Own Azure AD design, Group Policy & Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments
Lead system implementations, migrations & process improvements
Deliver senior-level end-user support and training firm‑wide
5+ years' experience as an IT Administrator
Proven track record leading technology projects end-to-end
Strong relationship‑building skills with business stakeholders
Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-growing workplace
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
Nice to have:
NIST CSF/cyber security exposure, JAMF/Kandji, AV solutions (Zoom/Teams Rooms, Neat Bar),

A Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science.
