Assistant Director - Bright Steps Academy Mandurah

Bright Steps Academy Mandurah is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre - and we're looking for an Assistant Director to join our founding team.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the culture of a new centre, inspire educators, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Centre Director in daily operations and team management
- Assist with enrolments, compliance, and reporting
- Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality programs
- Build and maintain solid family and community connections

About You

- Experience in a leadership or senior educator role within Early Childhood Education (Centre Director: 2+ years preferred)
- ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
- Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
- A genuine passion for inspiring people and delivering exceptional care
- Collaborative and people-focused approach
