Off the back of a strong pipeline of work - defence projects, commercial jobs big & small and residential projects of every size - we're looking for an experienced, reliable operator to join us full-time across Perth. Big variety of work and real scope to take on more responsibility as we keep growing.

What you'll be doing:

- Operate skid steer, posi track and/or excavator machinery
- Carry out bulk earthworks, site prep and material movement
- Maintain machinery and ensure protected operation at all times
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines
- Perform general site duties and clean-up as required

What you'll need:

- Current white card
- Valid tickets and licences for the machinery operated
- Strong understanding of site safety and protocols
- Able to perform physical tasks when required, through all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable and respectful
- Pass a drug/alcohol test and pre-employment medical
- Full working rights in Australia
- Police clearance
