Job Description

We are seeking a Night Concierge for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney! As a Night Concierge, you will be the primary after-hours point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of the site overnight.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues; able to follow routine instructions and complete basic administrative tasks
- Deliver friendly, qualified customer service, responding promptly to requests and appropriately managing or escalating any issues
- Perform light manual handling tasks (e.g. room set-ups, moving furniture) in line with workplace safety guidelines
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented front‑of‑house areas at all times
- Support daily operations including security liaison, delivery coordination, event assistance, and ensuring facilities are prepared for the next day

About the Candidate

- Previous experience in a concierge, reception, front‑of‑house, hospitality, customer service, or similar client‑facing role
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required (penalties apply)
- Strong communication with clients, delegates, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
