The successful candidate will bring the commercial acumen, governance capability and leadership presence required to lead a high-performing organisation, while remaining connected to the residents, employees and community that sit at the heart of Garden Village's purpose.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Deputy CEO, COO, CFO, Executive Director,



General Manager or equivalent senior executive role with organisation-wide accountability.
- Significant leadership experience within aged care, health, community services, disability services or another complex, highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational growth, transformation and strategic change.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, including responsibility for organisational sustainability, investment decisions and financial performance.
- Experience working closely with Boards and operating within strong governance frameworks.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and building high-performing leadership capability.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and community engagement.
- An authentic, visible and values-driven leadership style.
