Job description: The Opportunity: Komatsu Forklifts is after a State Operations Manager on a permanent full-time basis to manage multiple branches across QLD.This role will lead a team of employees, composing of Field Service / Workshop Technicians, Parts, Administrators, Service Coordinators and Sales Reps.The team is full of long-standing employees who have extensive knowledge of our Komatsu products.A key focus of this position is to ensure the delivery customers expect from Komatsu OEM, which includes customer service, parts and service.

Some of the key responsibilities:

- Management and delegation of day-to-day duties for each team member with regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Monitoring and ensuring that the team is as efficient as possible whilst providing the best possible customer experience
- Providing quotation to customers in addition to building and presenting business proposals.
- Conduct regular audits of HSE and ensure compliance and governance is adhered to
- Ensure all team members are enabled for success in their positions and are able to provide feedback on challenges or issues as they arise
- Weekly, quarterly and monthly reporting on the PNL, Budgeting and WIP Performance

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience working as a Service/Workshop Manager, State or Territory Manager or Operations Manager
- Previous industry experience working in EWP, Hire Industry, Construction or Equipment is advantageous
- Must have leadership experience and strong team management skills
- Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting and reporting building (PNL, WIP Reports)
- Must have an understanding of Service Centre operations and safety standards, protocols and procedures
- The ability to communicate effectively with employee's, supervisors and managers
- A leader who can enable their team and drive growth development plans and strategies
- A current Forklift and Drivers License
