Job Description

Sanitarium Health and Wellbeing is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead AU and NZ payroll operations. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will guide a team of Payroll Officers, ensure governance and compliance, and drive improvements across our multi‐jurisdiction environment.

The role combines hands-on payroll expertise with strong people leadership, data integrity, and process optimisation to deliver accurate, timely payroll for Australia and New Zealand.
