The Role

- Oversee a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the South East suburbs
- Lead and support a team of approximately 20-30




- Drive service levels, systems, processes & compliance
- Mentor and develop Residential & Commercial teams
- Oversee workloads, resourcing and leave cover
- Support recruitment, staffing and team structure
- Troubleshoot complex and escalated matters
- Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the senior leadership team
- No portfolio management

About You

- Previous HOD / Team Leader experience essential
- Strong Residential knowledge, Commercial is highly desirable
- Experience leading a large team
- Current Real Estate Registration
- Strong systems and operational knowledge
- Switched-on, proactive and solutions focused
- A collaborative leader who knows how to get the best from their people
