St Vincent’s Public Hospital in Sydney seeks a Lead Pharmacist to drive the Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) program, lead clinical initiatives and oversee formulary management. The role requires leadership in a busy hospital pharmacy, with on-call and weekend duties as rostered.

The successful candidate will coordinate the DTC secretariat, engage with clinicians and external bodies, and advance policies to improve secure, sustainable medication use across SVHS.
