Job Description

CSR Limited in Springvale, VIC is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead end-to-end operations on the site, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance across multiple shifts.

You will champion Zero Harm, implement World Class Manufacturing and Lean practices, develop leadership teams, manage budgets and CapEx, and ensure SAP reporting to support site performance. This hands-on role offers robust stakeholder engagement and a pathway to advance CSR's manufacturing journey.
