Job Description

The Coolangatta Hotel, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Cook or Chef to join our team on the Gold Coast. You will work across both venues, using fresh local produce to deliver diverse, up-to-date cuisine.

Key duties include maintaining an efficient kitchen operation, ensuring meals are high quality and prepared on time, and assisting with menu changes while minimising wastage. A full-time salary of AUD 69,000–100,000 plus superannuation is offered, depending on experience.
