Job Description

Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand. Westfield Carousel in WA seeks a Customer Services Supervisor to lead Concierge and Valet teams, oversee daily service operations and support a large frontline team.

You will partner with Services Manager and centre leadership to drive performance and service standards, and build solid relationships with customers and retailers while fostering a high-performing culture.
