We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator to become an key part of our clinic team.

About the Role
n
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic and play a key role in ensuring our patients receive a seamless and professional experience from their first interaction through to ongoing treatment.
n
This is a busy and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced healthcare environment, is confident communicating with patients, and has strong administration and organisational skills.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
n
- Managing the front reception area and daily clinic flow
n
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
n
- Managing appointments, confirmations and follow‐ups
n
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
n
- Managing patient records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
n
- Processing payments and assisting with financial administration
n
- Liaising with clinicians, treatment coordinators and other team members
n
- Assisting with recalls, follow‐up appointments and patient communication
n
- Maintaining a professional and organised reception environment
n
- Providing general administrative support to the wider clinic team
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental or healthcare reception/front office role
n
- Previous experience working with dental software and patient management systems
n
- Knowledge or experience within dental implants is highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- A warm, professional and empathetic approach with patients
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
n
- Confidence working independently while also being a strong team player
n
- Experience managing appointments, patient enquiries and administrative tasks
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
n
