- Supervise and coordinate conference, banquet and event operations.
n
- Lead event teams during setup, service and pack-down to ensure seamless execution.
n
- Interpret and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and effectively.
n
- Liaise with clients, meeting planners and hotel departments to ensure all event requirements are delivered.
n
- Maintain exceptional service standards and respond proactively to guest requests and operational challenges.
n
- Lead, coach and motivate associates while fostering a positive team culture.
n
- Ensure event spaces are set correctly, safely and on time.
n
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining client confidence.
n

About the Candidate

n

n
- 1 to 2 years of proven leadership experience in hotel operations, banquets and events.
n
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality or events.
n
- Competence in reading, interpreting and executing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
n
- Proven team leadership and workforce management experience.
n
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to act as the key point of contact for meeting planners, guests and stakeholders.
n
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
n
- Proven events leadership with a hands-on approach to operations.
n
- Track record of flawless BEO execution.
n
- Hands-on staff management experience, including coaching, scheduling and performance support.
n
- Professional presence and client-facing composure.
n
- Current RSA (or ability to obtain).
n
