About the Roles

n

Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a variety of healthcare settings including medical centres, community health services, and hospitals. You will manage a broad scope of presentations,



working collaboratively with clinical teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive general practice care to patients of all ages
n
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
n
- Develop and implement treatment and management plans
n
- Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
n
- Deliver preventive healthcare and patient education
n
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
n
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
