Facilitate Agile ceremonies for various distributed streams (technical product delivery & DevOps onsite/offshore) including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases and release planning
n Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration between distributed teams
n Proactively plan and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of services for the designated products and projects
n Assist with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, espe-cially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards sprint and release goals, and team capacity
n Manage release plans, iteration plans, and status reporting for the designated projects
n Assists team with making appropriate commitments to tasks
n Proactively identifies and removes blockers, limits work in progress and prevents distractions
n Facilitates frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements
n Leads agile projects from the initial project backlog creation and planning activities through demonstration and release deployment with responsibility for all aspects of the teams produc-tivity for all phases of the project
n Leads risk and issue identification, and mitigation activities with the project team including es-calating those in a proactive and skilled fashion when appropriate
n Ensures timely and accurate communication and distribution of project information to all ap-propriate team members and stakeholders
n Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
n Manage Sprints - keeping order and ensure process, delivery, priorities are accurate and de-livered on time
n Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely man-ner and meeting the Sprint timelines
n Facilitate cross functional collaboration and encourage self-management
n Train, mentor, coach and help set up fit for purpose agile delivery models and behaviours.
n Drive adoption and readiness of proposed changes
n Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
