About the role n
OneCare currentlyhave an excitingFull-Time opportunity for a skilled and motivated Property Services Coordinator to join our team at Bishop Davies Court. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and grounds activities to a high standard in accordance with the relevant legislation/acts and OneCare standards, plans, policies and guidelines. The position is also accountable for coordinating and responding to maintenance activities for Bishop Davies Court.

AsProperty Services Coordinator the successful applicantwill:
n

- Review and develop the facilities maintenanceand works programs.
n
- Provide hands on support to perform facilities maintenance including: general repairs, gardening and other practical works.
n
- Ensure all buildings meet service requirements and are WH&S; compliant.
n
- Manage staff including the allocation of work and performance management.
n
- Lead and Coordinate to ensure optimum performance.
n
- Lead and implement WH&S; policy, procedure and processes throughout the facility.
n
- Assistwith contract management.
n
- Coordinate& delivergardening andmaintenance assistance.
n
- Building relationship with stakeholders
n
What you bring to the role nn
- Demonstrated experience in coordination of commercial facilitiesmanagement including the supervision of a maintenance team.

- Working knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory and industry requirement.
