South Western Sydney Local Health District’s Youth Health Service seeks a social worker to provide psychosocial assessment and trauma-informed care for young people aged 12–24 in a multidisciplinary team across community, outreach and school settings.

We value culturally safe practice, collaborative care planning and solid risk management. A Social Work degree with AASW eligibility and NSW C‑class driver’s license are required; flu vaccination is mandatory.
