Cinebar is opening at Ferny Grove Central, and we're looking for a Cinema Manager who can bring together great people, strong standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

n

This isn't a role where you sit in an office all day.

n

You'll be on the floor, working with your Supervisors, coaching staff, checking standards, managing labour and making sure the venue is ready for every session.

n

The Big Things You'll Own

n

People Management & Team Leadership
n Lead the team, manage performance and attendance, support recruitment and create a positive workplace culture.

n

Training & Development
n Make sure staff are properly trained, confident and competent - and develop Supervisors who can effectively lead their shifts.

n

Quality Assurance
n Maintain consistently high standards across cinemas, cleaning, food and beverage, presentation and customer service.

n

Operations
n Keep sessions, service, functions and daily venue operations running smoothly.

n

Labour & Rostering
n Plan rosters, monitor staffing and control labour while maintaining solid guest service.

n

Safety & Compliance
n Oversee RSA, licensed venue requirements, safety, incidents and operational compliance.
