- Patient demand - absorb up to 35 patients from day one

- Family medicine core focus with sub-specialty tech

- Female Health Clinic onsite

- Skin Cancer Clinic onsite

- Doctor team is comprised of mature and down to earth team
n
- 8 GPs working a mix of part and full time
n
- Patient demographic - Predominantly English-speaking family-aged residential catchment
