- An individual with a strong focus on service and knowledge in both food and beverage.

- Minimum 2 years Management experience in a similar environment with an strong attention to detail.

- The want to work with a professional team in an iconic Melbourne restaurant
n
- Friendly, professional people.

- An individual to challenge themselves in a 600 robust award winning wine list.

- WSET and CMS training is desired but not essential.

THE ROLE: Manager

n

- Responsible for service and sales.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
n
- Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times.
n
- Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations.
n
- Assisting the Owners with daily and weekly restaurant operations.
n
- To capably lead FOH staff members during service.
n
- Closing Procedures of the Restaurant
