Job Description

St John of God Accord is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to bolster workforce capability across our Victorian services. You will lead learning initiatives, coordinate clinical education and drive competency sign-offs, aligning with NDIS standards and governance frameworks.

Ideally a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, you will design engaging programs, coach caregivers, and collaborate with leaders to foster continuous improvement and best practice for positive client outcomes.
