SydWest Multicultural is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide individual, personalised care to participants in line with their NDIS plans. Responsibilities include personal care, meals, transport, and coordinating communications with support teams.

The role requires NDIS clearance, First Aid/CPR, and a solid grasp of person-centred planning, safety, and high-quality supports for individuals with complex needs.
