Working as part of a high performing finance team, you will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, month-end processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position offers exposure to a complex operating environment, the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions, and the chance to contribute to strategic finance initiatives within a collaborative and supportive team.

Your new role n

n
- Managing month-end and year-end close processes
n
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports
n
- Coordinating statutory reporting requirements and external audits
n
- Maintaining general ledger integrity, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and tax-related balances
n
- Managing cash flow reporting and forecasting activities
n
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
n




- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision making
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and controls
n

What you'll need to succeed nn
- CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
n
- Previous experience in a similar role - strong financial reporting and month-end close experience
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
n
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A proactive, collaborative approach to work
