nWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our high-performing culinary team in Canberra.n
n
n
nThe Rolen
nPrepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications and food safety standards.n
nManage a designated kitchen section to ensure efficient and timely service.n
nAssist in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards.n
nSupport, train and mentor junior kitchen team members.n
nMaintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.n
nReceive, check and correctly store food supplies and kitchen stock.n
nOrganise and maintain storage areas, cool rooms, fridges and freezers in line with food safety requirements.n
nFollow all workplace policies, procedures and WHS regulations.n
nWork across a rotating roster including weekends,



public holidays and early morning shifts as required.n

nAbout Youn
nDemonstrated understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.n
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.n
nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.n
nWell-organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise duties and meet service deadlines.n
nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop skills and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.n
nReliable, adaptable and committed to supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.n
nPrevious experience in a high-volume hospitality, tourism, events or restaurant environment will be highly regarded.n
nFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, public holidays and early mornings.n
