Job Capital is seeking an experienced Lead Hand Electrician to provide hands-on leadership across commercial electrical construction projects in Brisbane.n

nKey responsibilitiesn
n•Coordinate electricians and apprenticesn
n•Plan and sequence daily electrical workn
n•Lead smaller projects independently and support the Foreman or Site Supervisorn
n•Read drawings, specifications and project scopesn
n•Monitor productivity, workmanship and project milestonesn
n•Manage tools, materials, equipment, safety and quality documentationn
n•Mentor apprentices and junior tradespeoplen
n•Communicate professionally with clients, builders and contractorsn
nCandidate requirementsn
n•Recognised electrical trade qualificationn




n•Strong commercial electrical construction experiencen
n•Previous responsibility for coordinating electrical teamsn
n•Ability to plan work and resolve site issuesn
n•Robust safety, quality, leadership and communication capabilityn
n•Current driver licence and willingness to relocate to Brisbanen
n•Ability to meet Australian visa, health and character requirementsn
