High profile and award winning cafe, Nectar Espresso is looking for an experienced Manager with a minimum of 3 years managing a high volume cafe to lead our team.

n

Nectar is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle.

The Manager role consists of the following duties;

n

Experience in a high paced environment

n

Ability to train and mentor your team

n

Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees

n

Pre -planning and time management

n

Understand you are an key part of a bigger team in a multi faceted business

n

Located at the southern end of the North Burleigh Surf Club you will have the luxury of working on the beach front with a great team and friendly local atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a top quality Allpress coffee, delicious food and exceptional customer service all while working under pressure

Please note; flexibility is required over a 7 day rotating roster with weekends, public holidays and school holidays our busiest periods
