Job Description

Scope is seeking a senior operational leader to join as Deputy Chief Operating Officer - Accommodation & Social Connections. Reporting to the COO, the role will oversee a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio and six direct reports, driving financial discipline, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Victoria and NSW.

The Deputy COO will embed capability, culture and ways of working to improve occupancy, cost-to-serve and client outcomes while supporting growth and stability
