n Mixed billing – standard consults $95-$176, predominantly private billing

- High patient demand – average wait times exceed 7 days

- Mixed billing model – majority of patients pay out-of-pocket

- Fully flexible schedule – work at one or both sister practices
n
- Strong clinical support – 2 RNs onsite to assist with CDM & procedures
n
- Opportunities to develop special interests – surgical, skin, or procedural work can be marketed to patients

- DPA & MMM3 location – supports PEP Specialist & other pathways
