Job Description

Urgent requirement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll(ECP) Functional Consultant - Contract - Australia / New Zealand Requirements Must Have: n

- 1. Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with New Zealand deployment experiences
n
- 2. Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
n
- 3. Employee Central Payroll Certification
n
- 4. Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
n
- 5. Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules
n
- 6. Lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to the overall project success
n
- 7. Payroll Integrations
n
- 8. Experience in configuring UI mashups,
n
- 9. Experience in Payroll Control Center
n
- 10. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
n
- 11.



Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
n
- 12. Solid executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
n
- 13. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
n
- 14. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
n
- 15. Knowledge on EC module is an added advantage
n
- 16. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center
n

Good-to-Have: nn
- 1. Knowledge in intelligent Services
n
- 2. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage
n
- 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
n
